Job Description
Wood is currently sourcing experienced Insulators/Sheet Metal Workers to support a potential shutdown project for 1‐2 weeks in mid‐April on the West Coast of Victoria.
We are looking for candidates with a strong commitment to safety, who enjoy working in a team, are self‐motivated and can prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Applicants must have full Australian working rights and be Australian citizens or hold the required visa/permit to work in Australia.
Location
West Coast of Victoria – site based.
Responsibilities
Support the shutdown project for 1‐2 weeks in mid‐April.
Qualifications
* National Recognised Trade Certificate
* Experience in Oil & Gas
* Work Safely at Heights – RIIWHS204E (valid within 2 years)
* Confined space & EWP advantageous
* Proven ability to follow and apply good HSE principles and behaviours
* Proven ability to work within a team
* Great communication skills
* Exposure to working with Work Area Permit Systems
* High attention to safety, quality and team collaboration
The successful candidate will undergo medical checks and will be required to provide certificates and tickets.
