We are on the search for a dedicated, energetic Senior Draftsperson who must have 5+ years’ experience in single storey residential construction, to join our dynamic team in a full time capacity.
Requirements of the role
- 5+ years’ experience in single-storey drafting in the residential building industry.
- Comprehensive building and construction knowledge
- Have a thorough understanding of Local Government Planning Policies/Developer Guidelines, Building Codes of Australia, and R Codes
- Ability to interpret DAP’s, LDP’s, Structure Plans, Covenants, etc.
- Advanced skills in ArchiCAD, previous experience with 4D Library preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail and accuracy
