Key duties include auditing processes, working with the quality control team, and delivering professional reporting instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Auditing processes and presenting findings to management
* Collaborating with quality control and production teams to identify and rectify product or process issues
* Delivering professional reporting instruments to the company management group
* Investigating warranty complaints and providing countermeasures
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality engineer or QA professional role
* Familiarity with 8D problem-solving processes and Six Sigma analysis
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* MS Suite proficiency, particularly intermediate to advanced Excel skills
