This is a paid, 12month traineeship, designed for people with disability who are looking to start or restart their career in a structured, supportive office environment. You will combine real work in a Council team with a Certificate III in Business, while receiving ongoing support from Ability Advocates throughout your employment. The environment is: Office based and structured Internally focused (limited public contact) Predictable, systems based and routine oriented Key Responsibilities With training and support, you may: Enter and maintain data in Council systems Prepare documents, spreadsheets and correspondence Support internal teams with administrative tasks Manage emails, filing and records Learn professional office routines and communication Responsibilities increase gradually as confidence grows. Who Can Apply This traineeship is specifically for people with disability with a long term condition (12 months or more).
