This position would best suit an already established agent who is ready to expand their knowledge base, however for the right candidate no experience would be necessary.
The individual in this role is responsible for providing crucial support in all areas of the sales team. Whilst working in this role there are many opportunities to establish your own personal brand within the marketplace.
Whilst undertaking this role you will continually train to progress through the business and promotions are available subject to the ongoing performance and staffing demands of the business.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
* Possession of a class 2 Real estate License or assistant agent qualification
* Minimum 12 months real estate experience
* A valid & current driver's license
* A registered & insured motor vehicle that is well maintained & presentable.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A proven ability to build strong relationships.
