Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 plus super plus commission

Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining successful relationships with clients and prospects
- Developing knowledge of role types within your specialised technology vertical
- Investing time in understanding client’s business goals and adding value through creative and cost-effective staffing solutions
- Qualifying role requirements and candidate specifications
- Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates building talent pools of high calibre professionals
- Understanding and managing candidate expectations
- Communicating steps and time frames of recruitment processes
- Sourcing, screening, qualifying, selecting candidates utilising industry leading tools
- Developing and maintaining a prospective customer portfolio
- Generating and developing new business
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process utilising our ATS (JobAdder)
- Providing market insights and intelligence
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in sales, recruitment or customer service in a hands-on operational environment
- Extensive experience managing customer relationships through regular contact on the telephone or in person
- Strong influencing skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Exceptional communication (written and oral) skills
- A passion for solving problems through to the end
- Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and recruitment databases
