My client is seeking a
Developer
to join a major
migration and re-platforming initiative
, modernising legacy systems into a scalable, cloud-native platform.
This is an AI technology-led organisation who are undertaking a this re-platforming programme to support their growing financial services client base. This is to ensure their new platform is robust, durable and secure
Responsibilities
As a
developer, your primary role will be to develop and execute scalable APIs and applications using the framework. You will create high-performance, efficient web applications that can handle large amounts of data and traffic for their clients. You will be developing and implementing complex applications to the cloud infrastructure. You will be refactoring existing services and build new APIs and backend services, work with architects to implement target-state designs and migration patterns and Integrating existing systems, APIs, and data sources during transition phases
Qualifications
* 3–5 years of commercial software development experience
* Strong hands-on experience with
(Express, NestJS or similar frameworks)
* Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend service design
* Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP
Nice to haves
* Exposure to containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
* CI/CD pipeline experience
* Temporal experience
