The Roles
Following significant growth in our Commercial Maintenance teams across the Perth Metro area, we are currently recruiting for additional Gardeners and Lead Gardeners to join the team.
As a Lead Gardener, you will have at least 3 years of experience and be able to lead and mentor members of your team. Ideally you will have a trade certificate in Horticulture or a related field, and a current driver\'s license (preferably MR or HR).
As a Gardener, you\'ll be completing a range of general landscape maintenance tasks including but not limited to:
* Turf maintenance (cylinder, rotary and ride-on mowing)
* Pest & disease control
* Irrigation maintenance
* Softscape upgrades
What you will need to be successful
* An ability to communicate effectively with your colleagues, sub-contractors and customers.
* A high level of attention to detail.
* You must be physically fit and willing to work within our health and safety guidelines.
