Project Delivery Supervisor – Crushing & Screening Operations

8:6 Roster | $60–$64/hr + Super
We're seeking a Project Delivery Supervisor to join a high-performing team overseeing a critical crushing and screening operation in the Pilbara. This is a 6–8 week contract with the potential for extension - ideal for someone between projects or a Leading Hand ready to step into a supervisory role.
About the Role: You'll be responsible for end-to-end delivery of the crushing and screening project phase, ensuring operational compliance, contractor management, and on-time delivery. Following crushing, materials will be transferred to a stockyard for loader-based transportation — some earthworks exposure is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure schedule is delivered safely and on time
* Coordinate contractors and manage compliance with safety and environmental regulations
* Monitor supply and contract management processes
* Use CMS systems to track progress and report on milestones
* Ensure seamless transition of material from crushing phase to stockyard operations
* Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve issues proactively
What You'll Need
* Experience supervising crushing and screening operations (earthworks exposure beneficial)
* Strong knowledge of supply chain, contract management, and compliance requirements
* Familiarity with CMS systems and contractor coordination
* Certifications:
* Section 26 (S26)
* Working at Heights
* Confined Spaces
* Ability to lead from the front with a safety-first mindset
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
