Job Description:
Suncorp Group Limited is seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Claims Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of claims professionals to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional leadership, support, mentoring and direction to the claims team
* Meet or exceed individual and team members scorecard objectives
* Develop a high-performance culture within the team, providing one-on-one training to new staff
* Drive and maximise productivity at both individual and team level
* Develop and nurture effective working relationships with all team members, internal and external customers and stakeholders
About You:
* 2 years leadership experience
* Self-starter and self-disciplined
* Knowledge & understanding of the market
* Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
* Planning and strong communication skills
