Job Overview:
The Crm & Email Marketing Lead role is responsible for developing and implementing email & SMS communications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing email & SMS campaigns;
* Assisting on specific projects that require experience with CRM marketing communications, including email, SMS & more channels in the future.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in email marketing and preferably with CRM exposure;
* Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Analytics;
* Excellent understanding of email marketing best practices for optimized conversions by different segment groups and ability to create effective email journeys;
* Create dynamic emails for targeted campaigns;
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, AMPScript, and SQL is a plus;
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
