Hourly Rate: $29.55 to $31.75per hour. Based on experience.
Churches of Christ is seeking an organised, and collaborativeAdministration Officer to join our Gracehaven Aged Care team.

About the Role
This part-time role offers 45 hours per fortnight across 6 shifts, ideal for someone seeking balance and purpose. You'll be part of a team of four admin professionals who share responsibilities and support each other while also managing specific tasks.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating staff rosters and filling vacant shifts
* Supporting onboarding and compliance for new staff and volunteers
* Managing resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
* Maintaining databases and generating fee quotes
* Organising meetings, training sessions, and site tours
* Handling accounts payable, banking, and record archiving
* Being the friendly first point of contact for residents, families, and suppliers
What Makes You Stand Out
* Certificate III in Business or equivalent experience
* Minimum 2 years in administration or business support
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong time-management and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
Additional Requirements
* National Police Certificate – or willingness to obtain
