Join GenesisCare as a Clinical Research Coordinator and play a key role in advancing cancer care through innovative clinical trials. This is a permanent full‐time position with the St Leonards site, part of the GenesisCare global clinical trials network.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and deliver oncology clinical research activities in line with study protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
* Work closely with Principal and Co Investigators to support the day‐to‐day management of clinical trials.
* Manage study activities including start‐up, recruitment, participant visits, monitoring, and close out.
* Maintain accurate study documentation, regulatory files, and ensure timely and high‐quality data entry.
* Perform protocol specific clinical procedures such as vitals, ECGs, venepuncture, and sample processing (where competent).
* Act as a key point of contact for patients, sponsors, and internal stakeholders throughout the trial journey.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, hospital departments, and sponsors to support seamless trial delivery.
* Prepare for and support monitoring visits, audits, and site inspections.
* Complete required training and contribute to quality, safety, and compliance initiatives to support high standards of patient care.
Qualifications
* Hold a degree in Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
* Have at least two years of experience in clinical research, nursing, or a clinical environment.
* Possess a strong understanding of GCP and clinical trial regulations.
* Are highly organised, detail‐focused, and able to manage competing priorities.
* Communicate effectively and build strong working relationships.
* Show initiative, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
* Are confident using MS Office and clinical trial systems.
* Are open to working across locations and occasional interstate travel if required.
