You will be responsible for managing risk effectively and supporting patients throughout their journey in the ED setting, ensuring compassionate and timely care.Additionally, you will collaborate with service providers and agencies to facilitate assertive and efficient service delivery. Your work will be guided by holistic, evidence-based care principles and aligned with MNCLHD and Ministry of Health policies and directives.About YouDo you have current Registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia; or Bachelor of Social Work and eligible for membership to the Australian Association of Social Workers; or Current Registration with the Nurses and Midwives Board of Australia.
