Healthcare Support Associate
This role is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a busy front desk reception team, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, collecting and entering patient details, scheduling appointments, and answering telephone calls. They will also provide general administration duties, such as data entry and filing.
About the Role
* Greeting patients and welcoming them into our Centre.
* Collecting and entering patient details into the database.
* Scheduling appointments (when required).
* Answering telephone calls and enquiries.
* Administration support and other ad-hoc duties.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner. Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills including a professional and personable telephone manner.
* Detail-orientated.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
* Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage.
