Role Description
You will be working as a Registered Nurse, meeting with customers in their own home to assess their needs and develop personalized care plans.
This is a mobile role with flexibility to complete administrative tasks from our office or co-working space.
Requirements
* A tertiary qualification in Nursing and current registration with the relevant health authority.
* An understanding of the impact of ageing and/or disability on the lives of individuals and family members in the community.
* Demonstrated experience in providing best practice clinical care including clinical assessment, care plan implementation, wound care and management, medication support, continence assessments and management, clinical monitoring, nursing advice and recommendations.
* Effective communication skills to promote collaboration within the team.
* Excellent time management and organisation skills.
* High level of computer literacy and effective data management and entry.
