About HomeRepair
HomeRepair is a wholly owned subsidiary of Suncorp Group Ltd (Suncorp), a major general insurer in Australia and New Zealand. Our primary business is to provide residential repair and Make Safe services in Australia for insurance claims made by Suncorp's home insurance customers.
Due to growth, we are looking to recruit multiple Accounts Receivable Officers into our Finance Team. Reporting to the Senior Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for accurately processing claims and invoices and managing payments and outstanding accounts.
Responsibilities
· Accurate and timely processing of claims and customer invoices
· Allocation of payments and follow up on outstanding invoices
· Promptly resolve account related enquiries
· Administration and operational support as required
Skills & experience
· Experience working in a finance team
· High attention to detail
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Team player with the ability to work autonomously
· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office competency
