Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Develop designs for resources and industrial projects
- High Voltage and Low Voltage protection systems design
- Termination Drawing Design
- Carry out system modelling and performance analysis with industry software
- Prepare and review specifications for tenders and proposals
- Support commissioning and quality inspections on site as required
- Collaborate with external design partners and internal delivery teams to get projects built
- Risk assessment, asset management, project management, and performance monitoring
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant experience with Diploma
- Attention to detail in document and drawing quality is highly regarded
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in industrial / resources or a similar industry
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and professional integrity
- You will be self-motivated, able to work across teams, and committed to managing your responsibilities with initiative and professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence outcomes and resolve technical problems through collaboration and innovation
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Knowledge of Australian regulations, industry standards, and statutory engineering requirements
