Heavy Diesel Mechanic
The Goulburn River Solar Farm is seeking a skilled Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join its operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues with heavy machinery, including drill rigs, piling rigs, telehandlers, excavators, skid steers, and attachments.
They will also be required to perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing fluids, and train new operators to ensure their success and safety.
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will have HR/HC driving experience, a background in mechanics, fitting, or boilermaking, comprehensive knowledge of machinery and mechanical systems, and strong problem-solving skills.
Additionally, they will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
