* Provide guidance and support to stakeholders in their reporting requirements.
* Manage resource planning and inform workforce planning.
* Schedule, risk manage and track assets under construction.
* Monitor expenditure through integrated schedules.
* Predict items such as long-lead-time item ordering, critical path and budget expenditure over financial years.
* Establish and maintain project and program schedules and related documents.
* Develop or update governance and assurance processes related to project schedule management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated scheduling experience, ideally using Open Plan Professional (OPP).
* Working knowledge of Defence project management processes within the Defence or Defence Industry.
* Ability to perform mentoring and training in OPP.
* Good knowledge of Earned Value Management, critical paths and resource allocation within a schedule.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* The confidence to be a self-starter.
