Neil Mansell Transport is a national family owned transport company. We are a large provider of general and refrigerated freight services from Perth to the Northwest communities, Broome through to Darwin, Brisbane and Adelaide. We also have depots in Fitzroy Crossing, Halls Creek and Kununurra.
We have a full time position beginning in Mid January 2026 for a Data Entry - Administration Officer, working Monday to Friday. Duties are entering consignment notes, pickups and credit card payments as well as freight movements in Freight 2020. A large part of the is also receiving pickup requests from our customers or their suppliers, via phone and email. Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner.
Additional administration support duties are, but not limited to, customer service, scanning POD's filing and archiving. If you enjoy working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, this is the position for you.
We are looking for
* Motivated individuals who can adapt quickly, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain a high level of performance when the pace intensifies.
* Proficiency in freight manage systems - Freight 2020 and advantage, not essential.
* Excellent customer service skills and polite phone manner.
* A team player with a task orientated attitude.
* Prior experience in the transport industry an advantage.
* Ideally you are already settled and residing in Broome.
