Our ClientOur client is an award-winning and highly regarded property agency specializing in the sale, leasing, and management of retail property in Perth. We are now seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work closely with the Managing Director and Executive Assistant, as well as the broader team to drive the planning, coordination and delivery of all property marketing initiatives across the business.
The Position
* Manage and maintain all online property listings and marketing platforms.
* Prepare property presentations and proposals
* Coordinate property marketing campaigns with agents, clients and suppliers
* Oversee production and delivery of property signage/banners
* Manage and grow the company's digital presence across website and social media platforms
* Coordinate press releases, media placements and editorial
* Prepare and distribute electronic newsletters and marketing communications
The Criteria
* Minimum 12 x months experience in a marketing, communications or graphic design role
* Marketing Grads are also encouraged to apply
* Experience within the real estate or property industry is desirable
* Experience preparing marketing collateral and coordinating campaigns highly regarded
* Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite
* Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Photoshop)
* Familiarity with social media platforms & digital marketing tools
* Relevant qualification in marketing
