Job Title: Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to support the expansion of our business in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory stock, submitting vehicle orders, tracking vehicles from order to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, preparing weekly/monthly forecasts, analyzing VFACTS data to identify market opportunities, supporting short and long term planning templates, preparing presentations as required, collaborating with third-party providers to efficiently manage and deliver vehicles to dealers/retail partners, managing I.T requirements from a website, ordering system, CRM and DMS perspective, supporting finance requirements from financial reporting and inventory management.
Skills & Qualifications / Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Operations, I.T or relevant field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations role, preferably within the automotive or retail sector.
* Experience in supply chain is desired
* Proficiency in ERP systems
* Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze large datasets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
