We are seeking a Marketing Automation Officer to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will utilise marketing automation, CRM, and digital production technologies to support student recruitment and conversion initiatives. You will design and execute campaigns across email, SMS, and web channels, ensuring accurate, engaging, and timely communications to prospective students and their influencers. The position also involves managing and segmenting audience data, reporting on campaign performance, and assisting with the production of digital assets. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to contribute to UOW's mission of inspiring future students and supporting their journey from enquiry through to enrolment.
