We're looking for a Casual Chef de Partie with a strong a la carte background to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you'll create exceptional dishes, contribute to innovative menu development and oversee daily kitchen operations, all while ensuring our guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience. You'll mentor junior team members, uphold the highest food safety standards and help keep the kitchen running efficiently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Prepare high-quality dishes across a variety of kitchen sections, including a la carte, buffet, larder, mise-en-place, room service and banquetsCollaborate on menu development, bringing fresh ideas that elevate the guest dining experienceLead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance, training and support to help them growApply diverse cooking techniques to consistently deliver exceptional dishesMaintain a clean, organized and compliant kitchen that meets all food safety standardsFoster open communication and teamwork to ensure smooth kitchen operations
