Immediate Start What you'll be doing: Being the first point of contact for customers, greeting them at our trade sales counter and handling telephone enquiries. Processing orders with accuracy, clarifying details, and following up on their status. Liaising with suppliers to confirm pricing and stock availability. Handling invoices and payments at the front counter. Providing adhoc administrative support to the team. What we're looking for: Exceptional customer service skills – you love helping people! Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organisation and self-motivation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to teamwork. Ideally, experience in the roofing or plumbing industry (a big plus!).
