Lead Venue Manager
We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead our dynamic team in a newly opened venue. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, including staff management, customer relations, financial management, and marketing efforts. They will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall guest experience.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality management, with experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business results. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a high-performing team of hospitality professionals
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Oversee all aspects of operations, including staff management, customer relations, financial management, and marketing efforts
• Work closely with the leadership team to achieve business objectives
• Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and optimize operations
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in hospitality management
• Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and driving business results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
• Financial acumen and experience in managing business finances
• RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced certifications are essential
