Lead Venue Operations
This role involves overseeing all aspects of venue operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Foster strong relationships with staff, patrons, and suppliers to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversight of venue operations, including management of front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
* Analysis and reporting of venue performance, including financial analysis and P&L statements.
* Development of revenue ideas across all business areas.
* Rostering for front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
* Stocktaking, loss investigation, and order management.
* Staff training, performance management, and motivation.
* Collaboration with marketing to develop revenue strategies and promotions.
About the Role:
A professional hospitality company seeks a dynamic and driven individual to lead the team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years experience as a Venue Manager and possess strong analytical and leadership skills.
