Degree C is Tasmania's leading multi-trade contracting company, delivering major electrical, HVAC, refrigeration and fabrication projects across the state. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join our North West Division based in Ulverstone.
This role offers the opportunity to lead exciting industrial projects and small jobs, working with skilled tradespeople and respected Tasmanian businesses across a range of industries.

The role reports directly to the Electrical Manager and is responsible for the coordination and supervision of tradespeople and apprentices, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the delivery of industrial electrical projects and small jobs
* Coordinate and supervise tradespeople and apprentices
* Provide onsite leadership and day-to-day management of site teams
* Manage project budgets and monitor expenditure against project deliverables
* Manage scope changes including preparation and submission of variation requests
* Engage and manage subcontractors required for project delivery
* Monitor subcontractor performance and manage any dispute resolution requirements
* Prepare and report project status, including: cash flow forecasting, cost to complete, labour forecasting, and project claims
* Role model Degree C's vision, mission and company values, contributing to a strong workplace culture
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate
* Experience managing industrial electrical projects
* Strong people leadership and team management skills
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience managing project financials, including: contract administration, cash flow forecasting, cost to complete, and monthly progress claims
* Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, by‐laws and codes
* A strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality standards
* Solid computer skills and confidence using digital systems
The following experience is desirable
* Experience and understanding of industrial electrical systems

* Current Electrical Workers Licence
