Lead Motel Operations
Drive performance and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced motel environment by optimizing processes and managing staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and motivate a team of Front Office and Housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of service and quality, with an emphasis on teamwork and problem-solving.
* Implement strategies to maximize yield through effective reservation operations and inventory management.
* Prepare and execute breakfast services efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to maintain efficient room changeovers, minimizing downtime and maximizing guest convenience.
* Analyze reports and identify opportunities for growth and improvement, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a hotel or motel management role, with incremental responsibility and a track record of success.
* Prior experience in a leadership capacity or similar position within the hospitality sector, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
* Excellent communication, time management, and computer system skills, with the ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
* A proven ability to act decisively and make informed choices, with a self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit that drives business growth.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to compile and analyze reports to inform business decisions.
