This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Finance Business Partner, where your analysis, guidance and collaboration will directly support the sustainability and success of our programs.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Senior Manager - Business Performance & Development and our Program Managers to ensure our services are operating effectively, meeting contractual requirements, and delivering meaningful outcomes for the communities we support.
What you will bring to the team:
* Strong financial expertise- At least 5 years' experience in finance, with solid capability in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
* Advanced analytical and reporting skills - Ability to interpret financial and service performance data, identify variances and provide meaningful insights.
* Excellent communication skills - Able to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable advice for non-technical stakeholders.
* Collaborative stakeholder engagement - Proven ability to build relationships and work closely with Program Managers, senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
* Sector understanding and adaptability - Experience in the health, government or community sector (or the ability to quickly understand these environments) to support program sustainability and compliance.
