Job Description:We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team. The Massage Therapist will work closely with our multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide high-quality massage therapy services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting wellness and helping clients achieve their health goals.
Responsibilities:
* Perform various massage techniques to address clients' specific needs and conditions
* Assess clients' health history and conditions to determine the most appropriate massage treatments
* Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client assessments
* Maintain accurate and detailed client records
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
* Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide guidance on self-care techniques
Requirements:
* Diploma in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution
* Valid Massage Therapy license or certification
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably in a clinical setting. However, recently qualified will also be considered
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
