Job Opportunity
We are looking to appoint a House Coordinator on a permanent full-time contract to join our SIL department. This is a fantastic career growth opportunity for an experienced Coordinator who wants to play a role in this new project.
Responsibilities
* Manage a team to support 12 participants with a disability (physical or psychosocial).
* Complete and update the Roster Of Care for each participant.
* Plan and develop services and support for participants within the accommodation.
* Provide mentoring and training to support staff, including performance management, rostering, and team meetings.
* Maintain and develop positive relationships with external stakeholders, including participants' families etc.
* Comply with work practices and safety measures to meet organisation requirements.
* Facilitate activities in furtherance of the participants goals as funded by their individual support plans and outlined in their Care Plan.
What We Can Offer You
* A competitive salary range between $75,000 to $80,000 plus on call and overtime pay.

About You
* You must be committed to achieving excellence in the community service sector.
* Have strong knowledge in the disability and mental health space, ideally 2+ years in a leadership capacity, including an acting leader/manager.
* Understand Supported Independent Living accommodations.
* Be process-driven and have strong admin and organisational skills.
* Have an enthusiastic and professional attitude and work ethic.
* Be passionate about providing person-centred, high-quality care.
* Have excellent verbal and written skills.
* Knowledge of NDIS and NDIS plans.
* Ability to participate in the rotating weekend On-Call roster and cover shifts when necessary.
