As a Retail Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving business growth by creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This involves leading the team to enhance showroom and product displays, managing planograms, and ensuring that the presentation is of a high standard.
The successful candidate will have prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms, and promotions. They will possess multitasking and prioritization skills, leadership abilities, and ambition. Additionally, they must be available to work Tuesday to Saturday and have a valid driver's license (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time.
