We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Family Lawyer to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality legal services, represent clients, and conduct casework in family law, child protection, and family violence including intervention order matters.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing high-quality legal services and representing clients in family law, child protection, and family violence cases.
* Conducting casework, including preparation and presentation of cases in court.
* Mentoring and training junior lawyers, contributing to the development of legal education programs, and participating in policy and law reform projects.
* Developing strong relationships with clients, particularly those facing social and economic disadvantage.
