About the role
Join this privately owned Australian company. You will provide leadership to the Field Service Engineer team across ANZ to achieve a high level of customer support and satisfaction. Provide costumers with technical service and advice on installation/commissioning, fault repair and routine preventative maintenance of specialised in vitro diagnostics and services.
Duties include
- Co-ordinating all aspects of service support on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis
- Allocate and share tasks between the Field Service Engineering Team
- Install and commission scientific equipment
- Control the receipt, collation, and distribution of technical documentation across the Field Service Engineer Team
- Performance appraisals wit reporting line staff
- Safety management of instrumentation
- Replacement of indent components that are available within the service engineer's stock
- Request spare/replacement parts as required
Skills & Experience
- Electronics and/or Biomedical Engineer is essential
- 3+ years' field service experience within industry is desired
- Proven leaderships skills are essential
- Technical acumen, project management experience
- Willingness to Travel
