Your day will involve: Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the Customer Service Centre teamResolve customer queries and drive solutions to meet expectationsPartner with internal stakeholders including Production to maximise serviceProvide product information and help improve customer interactions by building meaningful, long term relationshipsAssist with capturing orders and coordinating the dispatch/ timely delivery of our productsWhat are we looking for?
