About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Garden Maintenance Leading Hand to join our team. This full-time role offers an immediate start with a unique schedule of four 10-hour days per week, giving you nearly every weekend as a long weekend.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining residential and commercial gardens to a high standard, visiting specific areas across Brisbane. Start times are early—around 5:00–5:30 AM—allowing you to finish earlier in the day. Depending on the day, you may focus on a single site or visit multiple properties in the same area.

Key Responsibilities:
* General garden maintenance tasks, including mowing, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
* Maintaining lawns and garden beds with exceptional attention to detail.
* Assisting with additional landscaping and maintenance duties as required.
* Operating and maintaining equipment and tools safely and effectively.
Work Locations Include:
* Wacol, Murarrie, Logan, Deagon (once a fortnight), Browns Plains, Wynnum, Rocklea, Calamvale, Acacia Ridge, and the new Redlands run.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in garden maintenance or landscaping is essential.
* Current driver’s licence and access to reliable transport.
* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a can-do attitude.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
* Physically fit and capable of performing manual outdoor work.
