Management and Training Corporation is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join their team at the Perth Immigration Detention Centre in Redcliffe, WA. In this full-time role, you will provide HR advisory support to leaders and employees while ensuring compliance with the Enterprise Agreement.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources and demonstrated experience in HR advisory roles, particularly in a highly unionised environment. This role may require travel to the Yongah Hill Immigration Detention Centre in Northam twice a week.
