The role
Based on the Central Coast, you will provide advanced nursing assessment, diagnosis, treatment and care planning for residents within residential aged care services. You will work within a co‐managed multidisciplinary model alongside on‐site nurses, GPs, telehealth geriatricians and physicians — with dedicated administrative support so your focus stays on clinical care.
What you'll bring
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with Nurse Practitioner endorsement
* Advanced clinical experience in assessment, diagnosis, treatment and health promotion
* Strong clinical reasoning, communication and leadership skills
* Experience in quality improvement and evidence‐based practice
* Sound knowledge of aged care legislation and regulatory requirements
* Current driver's licence, reliable vehicle and professional indemnity insurance
* Comfortable using technology and clinical software systems
Qualifications
* Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner)
* Bachelor of Nursing
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with NP endorsement
