Job Title
We are seeking an experienced Senior Metallurgist to lead the delivery of production performance and continuous improvement initiatives across our processing plant.
This role involves ensuring daily production targets are achieved, reported accurately, and that opportunities for efficiency and recovery improvements are identified and implemented.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead metallurgical performance across the processing plant, ensuring optimal recovery and product quality.
* Design, update, and verify operating parameters and metallurgical models.
* Drive continuous improvement through plant surveys, data analysis, and root-cause investigations.
* Support production forecasting and end-of-month metallurgical accounting.
* Champion safety initiatives, including radiation and dust control.
* Collaborate with operations to adjust plant configurations and achieve recovery targets.
* Mentor and guide the team in metallurgical best practices and problem-solving.
