The Opportunity
* Replacement role – taking over an established patient base and a full appointment book – urgent role
* Start date: Flexible to accommodate notice periods/holidays.
* Employment type: Part-time or full-time options available
* Clinic model: Independent, family-run, non-corporate ; longer appointments and clinical autonomy.
What You'll Do
Deliver comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry with time to build strong patient relationships.
* Preventive and family dentistry: examinations, cleans, fissure sealants, fluoride, oral cancer screening.
* Surgical extractions (high demand and strong growth area for the clinics).
* Endodontics (root canal therapy) —appointment time and materials to support quality outcomes.
* Restorative: composite restorations, onlays/inlays, crowns and bridges .
* Cosmetic : Invisalign, veneers, whitening, bonding.
* Periodontal care: scaling and root planing, maintenance programs.
* Emergencies and pain management.
* Optional upskilling/shadowing in dental implants with an implant surgeon affiliated with a leading institute.

About You
* Minimum 3 years' experience required.
* Current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights.

* Patient‑centred communicator with excellent presentation and rapport‑building skills.
* Motivated to grow a loyal patient base and contribute long term.
