With more than 25 years of experience, One Harvest are industry leaders in the Fresh Food/FMCG Industry, who have gained a reputation for innovation, sustainability and a shared passion for quality.The One Harvest business network has grown to include four facilities and more than 1,000 team members across Australia that grow, harvest, process and supply our unique and value-add produce to supermarkets and green grocers around the country.We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for collaboration, food safety and maintaining quality standards, our Wacol team are looking to fill Morning Shift and Afternoon Shift roles which are spread across all days of the week, Saturday's and Public holidays.These positions are initially offered on a casual basis with the opportunity to progress to permanent employment for the right candidates.The role will include tasks like:Processing various fresh produce on production lines to complete customer ordersOperating safely and responsibly across all areas of the factoryA strong understanding of food safety standards, quality assurance, and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) - training will be providedWorking within a temperature controlled environment between 2 and 4 degrees on your feetHandling food products with care and correct procedure to maintain hygiene and qualityProactively reporting issues that may impact food quality and safety in a timely mannerMaintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work environmentThriving in a collaborative team that supports each other to succeedWhat we are looking for:Experience within manufacturing environments (FMCG experience highly regarded)Proven experience in a high volume, fast paced work environmentZero Harm focus and awareness of food safety, quality and HACCP is desired but not requiredBasic numeracy, literacy, and computer skills essentialFlexibility to work shifts that are spread across all days of the week, including Saturday's and public holidaysWillingness to learn and develop new skills - training will be providedWhy choose One Harvest?
