Description:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Technology Delivery team at Mercer Investments.
This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Technology Delivery Lead will provide technical oversight and direction for investment systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technology vendors.
We will count on you to:
Provide technical oversight and direction of the Investment systems, collaborating with product system owners within the Investments business
Drive best practices in system usage, data management, business intelligence, data security, integration, and resilience
Manage and drive product development, configuration, and testing activities, ensuring project delivery schedules are met
Instruct, direct, and monitor the work of software developers, analysts, and test resources, guiding and mentoring less experienced staff
What you need to have:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
3 or more years' experience in the financial services technology industry
Direct experience in and knowledge of the financial advice sector
