Base pay range
A$89,514.00/yr - A$98,158.00/yr
Responsibilities
* Work individually and as part of a team to meet changing demands and productivity requirements by developing and implementing effective training plans and coaching and mentoring payroll team members.
* Coordinate, tailor and deliver training programs both in-person and remotely in accordance with our Training Needs Analysis to develop competency within Payroll Service Delivery teams.
* Develop and maintain positive and constructive relationships with internal customers and other stakeholders to ensure that training and support materials are responsive to their needs.
* Prepare and maintain learning and development materials e.g., work instructions, frequently asked questions, multimedia resources and tutorials to assist in the delivery of training, and support change management processes.
* Actively participate in training evaluation and assurance activities to support continuous improvement
* Participate in forums, communities of practice and working groups, as required, to support the development of QSS training knowledge, skills, and capabilities
* Complete assigned tasks to meet changing deadlines.
Qualifications
A background in payroll processing, or the ability to rapidly acquire this knowledge, will be highly regarded.
Please note: This position is part of the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB) as part of the recent machinery-of-government changes. CDSB is currently in negotiations for a certified agreement to cover all CDSB employees. In the meantime, the Core Agreement conditions apply to this position.
