**Job description**:
Working alongside the wider business and your peers to provide effective and efficient management of business operational work orders that focus on collection and recovery performance, client relationships, agent and/or client escalations and enquiries.
**About the Role**:
- Answer phone queries from Clients, Mercantile Agents and suppliers
- Assist with day-to-day work scheduling, allocation, monitoring and management
- Conduct follow ups with clients to ensure agreed timeframes/commitments are met
- Assist with various tasks as required by the Team Leader and Operations management
- Assist as required with invoicing process, with all completed works invoiced & tracked
- Assist the Quality Manager in keeping forms up to date and provide new staff with documentation pertaining to the Information Security Management System
- Report any information security incident or issue at work to the Chief Executive Officer
- Communicating the importance of effective information security management and of conforming to the information security management system requirements.
- Previous experience in an operational support role
- Strong Customer Service background
- Collections or Recoveries experience ideal, however not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Professional & confident phone manner
- Ability to work to deadlines & under pressure
- Proactive nature
