Job Title
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Officer to join our organization on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our sales team with banking & purchasing, reporting, reconciling accounts, creating marketing collateral for new listings and preparing contracts.
The role involves managing leads pipeline and database prospecting, providing administrative support to a leading sales agent, assisting with sales listings, ensuring a smooth sales campaign, responding to phone and email enquiries, scheduling home appraisals and open homes, preparing and developing advertising material, contracts and information memorandums.
About You
* Prior experience in a fast-paced administrative environment is essential
* A high level of customer service commitment is required
* Creative flair, both written and content design, with an interest in the Real Estate industry is preferred
* Mastery of Microsoft office suite, with strong verbal and written communication skills is necessary
* Able to thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, plan and meet deadlines is crucial
* Passion to positively drive change for clients and community
