Job Description
What will you do?
As the Hub Lead, you'll provide visionary leadership and operational excellence to ensure a high‐quality, inclusive, and values‐driven early years' and OSHC service that delivers exceptional outcomes for children, families, and the community.
* Lead daily operations, staff development, and a positive, collaborative culture grounded in Catholic Social Teaching and MACSEYE's mission and values
* Oversee budgets, occupancy, compliance, and property maintenance to ensure sustainable, high‐quality service delivery
* Ensure full compliance with the National Quality Framework, regulations, and child safety standards through strong systems and continuous improvement
* Build meaningful partnerships with families, schools, and the wider community to foster engagement and shared outcomes
* Collaborate with MACSEYE and school leadership to align programs, events, and strategic goals across the integrated Children's Hub
Qualifications
* Experienced and values‐driven early childhood leader with a strong commitment to inclusivity, child safety, and service excellence
* Proven background in managing regulated early years settings, including budgets, compliance, and CCS requirements
* Deep understanding of the NQF, VEYLDF, and EYLF v2, with strong reflective and pedagogical practice
* Skilled in community engagement, relationship‐building, and leading integrated service models
* Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with a calm, solution‐oriented, and supportive approach
