WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
In this role, you’ll take ownership of e-commerce project management and strategy, working closely with the marketing team to implement initiatives that drive sales and enhance customer experiences. You’ll oversee product launches, promotions, and website improvements, identifying opportunities to optimise operations and improve efficiency through tools and data-driven strategies. Managing the Shopify store for both customer/wholesale will be a key focus, including daily operations, product uploads, inventory coordination, and leveraging apps to streamline processes.
You’ll collaborate with developers for site maintenance and enhancements while managing promotional activities and discount strategies. Additionally, you’ll monitor and optimise the customer experience, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and using customer feedback to continually improve satisfaction and loyalty.
YOU WILL NEED...
* 2+ years' experience in eCommerce and eCommerce optimisation / digital marketing
* Strong experience across Shopify
* Strong project management experience
* A strong digital understand - SEO,UX and Content
* A passion or interest for natural health solutions
