The Role
* Performance Marketing: Champion performance marketing efforts on key paid channels, including Google, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
* Paid Social Content: Lead paid social content efforts, iterating on content to maximise CACs and conversion rates.
* Test-Measure-Learn Feedback Loop: Establish a continuous test-measure-learn process to optimise paid social content performance.
* Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance to derive actionable insights.
* Partnerships: Build partnerships that support customer acquisition goals.
* Creative Collaboration: Partner with the content and creative team to drive campaign ideation and copywriting.
Evaluation Criteria
* Experience: 4+ years in a high-intensity growth marketing or performance marketing role.
* Driven and Self-Motivated: Looking for creative ways to scale and grow.
* Analytical Mindset: Highly skilled in data analysis.
* Expertise: Experience scaling paid campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
